Matthew Asbell to Serve as a Panelist at the 2023 Art and Fashion Law Conference

Offit Kurman Intellectual Property Principal Matthew Asbell will be serving as a panelist at the 2023 Art and Fashion Law Conference on April 4, 2023, hosted by the Federal Bar Association.

In this panel, speakers will address recent developments in several cases, such as Hermes v. Rotschild, Nike v. StockX, and the Yuga Labs NFT suit.  Panelists will address (1) the key takeaways from recent developments, (2) best practices that brands should adopt when entering the metaverse, and (3) the perspective of the USPTO and Copyright office with respect to NFTs.
