Offit Kurman Intellectual Property Principal Matthew Asbell will be presenting at Intellectual Property as an Asset and Ethical Behavior in Bankruptcy on April 28, 2023 hosted by Accountant-Lawyer Alliance. Matthew will focus on intellectual property as an asset. He will consider how to identify the aspects of a business that may be the subject of intellectual property protections, how and why to obtain those rights, how to properly use and enforce them, how to avoid running afoul of the rights of others, and how to share or transfer the benefits.
