Marshall Yaap Named Co-President of the Maryland Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts

Offit Kurman is pleased to congratulate Principal and Family Law (South) Practice Group Leader Marshall Yaap for his recent appointment as Co-President of the Maryland Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC). The AFCC is an interdisciplinary, international association of professionals, including judges, lawyers, mediators, evaluators, parenting coordinators, mental health professionals, academics, researchers, court administrators and public policy makers, who are dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through the resolution of family conflict. Along with Co-President Nolanda Kirby, Marshall will lead the Maryland Chapter in its efforts to provide continuing education and advocate for innovation and change in the legal system.
