Mark J. Dimenna Joins Offit Kurman in Baltimore

Baltimore, MD | March 23, 2020

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Mark J. Dimenna has joined the firm’s offices in Baltimore. Mr. Dimenna will serve as a principal-level attorney with the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Dimenna is a trial attorney with extensive first-chair experience. Most recently, Mr. Dimenna worked for a local Baltimore firm handling matters involving construction litigation and business disputes. Prior to that, he worked approximately seven years in the litigation department of the City Solicitor’s office for Baltimore City. Mr. Dimenna practices construction law and has experience in government contracting and procurement law. Mr. Dimenna has handled significant cases in complicated construction delay and defect claims, particularly when they overlap with claims of errors and omissions by the design team.

Mr. Dimenna is admitted to practice in Maryland and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He is also part of the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Baltimore City Bar Association. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, Virginia Commonwealth University, and the University of Baltimore School of Law.
