John Monica, Jr., Joins Offit Kurman in Tysons Corner Office

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that John Monica, Jr. has joined the firm’s offices in Tysons Corner, Virginia. He will serve as a principal-level attorney with the firm’s commercial litigation group.

Mr. Monica practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts across the Mid-Atlantic and nationally. He has extensive MDL and class-action experience, as well as significant federal appellate experience. He also has a nationally recognized expertise in nanotechnology and antitrust matters. Mr. Monica has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has presented nationally and internationally as an invited speaker.

Mr. Monica is a frequent publisher and is a Martindale-Hubbell rated attorney. In 2020, he was selected to the Virginia Legal Elite list for Health Law. He received his J.D. from George Washington University and is admitted to practice in both Virginia and Maryland.
