Jason Nagi to Serve as Panelist for the Legal Cyber Academy’s Authenticating Social Media Evidence Part II Course

Offit Kurman Principal and Chair of the Distressed Real Estate Practice Group and the FinTech Practice Group Jason Nagi will be serving as a panelist for “A Guide for Lawyers on Authenticating Social Media Evidence in 2022 Part II” hosted by the Legal Cyber Academy. Jason will be speaking about social media evidence practical discovery and authentication examples, review how to word requests for production, when duty to preserve is triggered, and the preservations of different data mediums.
