Four Offit Kurman Virginia Attorneys Named to Northern Virginia Magazine Best Lawyers 2020 List

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that four of the firm’s Virginia attorneys, Joseph A. Condo, Richard A. Gray, Lauren A. Jenkins, and Alison K. Noll, have been named to Northern Virginia Magazine’s Best Lawyer List for 2020.


Joseph A. Condo focuses his practice in the areas of Family Law. He was selected for Divorce & Family on the Best Lawyers list. Recognized as one of the most accomplished and proficient family-law attorneys in Virginia. He has been included in all of Washingtonian Magazine’s lists of the Washington area’s best divorce lawyers since 1981, described in the magazine’s February 2009 issue as a “Virginia legend” who “knows how it’s done.” He was chosen by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America beginning with its first edition in 1983 and has been listed in each edition since. He was also recently named to the Virginia Lawyers Hall of Fame. He is licensed to practice in Virginia.



Richard A. Gray, also selected for Divorce & Family, focuses his practice on Family Law. Drawing on his undergraduate and graduate degrees in psychology, Mr. Gray is sensitive to how these feelings can affect important decisions that a client is trying to make. Knowing that divorce cannot change the past he directs his clients to the future and helps families rebuild their lives with dignity and emotional stability. Mr. Gray has been recognized by his peers for his expertise and authority in the field of family law in the Virginia and D.C. Metro area. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the Virginia Chapter of the AAML. He has repeatedly been recognized by the Washington Post and Northern Virginia magazine as a top attorney in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. Mr. Gray has been listed as a Super Lawyer from 2006 to the present in the Virginia and D.C. Metro Super Lawyers magazine. He is licensed in Virginia and DC.


Lauren A. Jenkins focuses her practice on tax and estate planning, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, trust and estate administration, and tax compliance in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She has been recognized by Bethesda Magazine as a Top Attorney in Trusts & Estates, has been named as a Top Lawyer by the Washingtonian Magazine, a Top Wealth Adviser, a Top Financial Professional in the Northern Virginia Magazine, as a Best Lawyer, and more. She was selected for her financial work and is licensed in Virginia.



Alison K. Noll primarily focuses her practice on tax and estate planning, trust and estate administration, real estate matters, and premarital and post-marital agreements. She assists individuals and families, including many small business owners, with the preparation of comprehensive estate plans, including all types of revocable and irrevocable trusts, each specifically tailored to her client’s individual needs. Ms. Noll regularly counsels’ executors, trustees, and beneficiaries with navigating the complex maze of probate, trust administration, and fiduciary litigation matters. She also advises business owners, from formation and corporate governance to business succession planning. In conjunction with her representation of businesses and individuals, she frequently counsels clients on real estate matters, her expertise having developed in conjunction with her background as counsel to title companies. She is licensed in Virginia.
