This program, which is intended for non-immigration and newer immigration lawyers, will bring those who attend up to speed on the primary categories of visas used by businesses and entrepreneurs. Our knowledgeable and experienced faculty will cover how employers wishing to obtain visas for employees can prepare and file successful applications, how entrepreneurs wishing to enter the United States can develop and direct their businesses, as well as how those with extraordinary ability can self-petition for immigrant visas. Our panel will discuss trends in these areas along with offering practical advice for success under the Trump administration. Attorneys who work closely with entrepreneurs, HR departments or management will want to attend this new and information program.
