Candace Dellacona Bolsters Offit Kurman’s Trust & Estates Group in New York

Offit Kurman is pleased to announce that Candace Dellacona has joined the firm’s offices in New York City as part of the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Elder Law practice groups.
Candace Dellacona’s law practice is concentrated in trusts and estates, elder law, probate and estate administration, disability planning, and advocacy, including public benefits law. Ms. Dellacona advises individuals and families in all of their estate planning needs, including advanced directives, Wills, Trusts, and asset protection. Ms. Dellacona also assists clients with the public benefits and Medicaid processes as well as long-term care planning. She is a frequent lecturer and writer for various New York State unions.
She graduated from American University (B.A.) and received her J.D. from St. John’s University. She is admitted to practice in New York.
