Beth Hodges’ practice is devoted exclusively to family law. Ms. Hodges has been practicing family law for over 40 years. Ms. Hodges' cases involve the litigation, negotiation, and settlement of simple as well as complex financial and non-financial issues and disputes.
Ms. Hodges is the President of the North Carolina chapter (2021) and a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a national organization that encourages the study and elevates the standards in the practice of matrimonial law. The 1600 AAML fellows across the United States are recognized by judges and lawyers as pre-eminent family law practitioners with knowledge, skills, and integrity beyond reproach.
Ms. Hodges graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Law School in 1979. She is certified as a family law specialist by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. She is AC preeminent rated by Martindale Hubbell and has been voted as a “Best Lawyer in America” (2008, 2011,,2014-2019, 2021, 2022), “Lawyer of the Year“ (2014, 2016, 2018) Super Lawyer” (2006,2009- 2021)and “Legal Elite”(2014-2021).
