ABOUT JOSHUA QUINTER

Josh Quinter is a commercial litigation attorney, with a focus on construction law, and an Associate Managing Principal. Mr. Quinter actively works with his clients in the areas of business planning, contract negotiation and project consulting, risk management and dispute resolution, and litigation. His client service and professionalism have earned him the distinction of being named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, a Lawyer on the Fast Track, and a Rising Star
Mr. Quinter has extensive experience in representing stakeholders at every level of the construction industry. He has represented owners, contractors, and subcontractors on both public and private projects on a multitude of issues, including payment issues, defect and delay claims, and indemnification and insurance issues. Mr. Quinter has successfully obtained verdicts and rulings for his construction clients in cases involving various contract claims, liens, surety bonds, and personal injury claims resulting from construction site accidents. His extensive experience includes litigating complex commercial cases, insurance coverage and bad faith issues, unemployment compensation benefits, and labor and employment law issues. His experience includes mediation, arbitration, and litigation; but he spends extensive time helping clients manage risks and solve problems before they enter litigation.

Karin Corbett is a business attorney and litigator who effectively prevents, resolves and litigates legal disputes for businesses and individuals alike in a variety of industries; but her focus is primarily in the construction & real estate and equine industries.
As a construction and real estate attorney, Ms. Corbett negotiates contracts, analyzes and advises clients on all types of business matters, and litigates a variety of contract claims.
Ms. Corbett also handles regulatory matters involving licensing issues, OSHA inspections and violations, fair housing claims and more. Ms. Corbett is also actively involved in various trade associations including the Metal Building Contractor and Erectors Association, where she serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter, and the Associated Builders and Contractors Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter, where she serves on the steering committee of the Young Professionals Committee and is active in the Legislative Committee.
