Results From Offit Kurman's December 2018 Survey of Maryland's Medical Cannabis Program

Offit Kurman is proud to release the results from its December 2018 survey of issues relating to the current status and future of Maryland’s program for the licensed cultivation, processing and sale of medical cannabis. Offit Kurman contacted its list of industry contacts, which we assembled by hosting dozens of industry-related events over a period of several years, to determine the group’s view on industry priorities, gaps in the current system and opportunities for the future.
