Real Estate Attorney (New York or White Plains)

Offit Kurman, a growing AmLaw 200 firm serving the private client market, is seeking an experience Real Estate attorney to join our New York or White Plains office.

The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of substantive commercial real estate experience, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to the acquisition, disposition, and development of property, financing / loan transactions, operating agreements, and leasing. The candidate should have experience leading deals and closings as well as client contact and interaction. Experience representing commercial real estate purchasers and developers preferred.
