Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (Tysons Corner/Bethesda – DC Bar Required)

Offit Kurman is seeking a litigation associate with 2-5 years’ litigation experience and an active DC bar admittance is required. The qualified candidate can sit in either our Tysons Corner or Bethesda offices.

The position will focus on sophisticated commercial litigation and real estate litigation matters. Must have excellent research and writing skills.  Responsibilities include depositions, going to court, preparing witnesses,  drafting pleadings, briefs and motions.
