Offit Kurman is an Am Law 200 firm with 18 offices and approximately 280 attorneys. We are searching for a results driven attorney recruiter with a proven track record of successfully screening and placing partner level and lateral group candidates.
This recruiter will be responsible for account management of agency recruiter relationships to promote submission of partner and lateral group candidates as well as screening candidates received and providing recommendations to senior management. This individual will also be responsible for facilitating new agency relationships, participating in networking activities, and developing marketing strategies to further promote Offit Kurman across various regions.
- Manage, nurture, and facilitate 3rd party recruiting agency relationships, including contract negotiation, fee agreements, and serving as the main point of contact for agency partners.
- Conduct initial interviews with attorney candidates to assess qualifications and fit within the firm.
- Deliver robust notes and feedback on candidates to stakeholders within the firm.
- Maintain an efficient and replenishing candidate pipeline specific to partner level candidates
Must have 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience from a law firm or recruiting company. The person hired can sit at any one of our offices. We will also consider remote candidates.
