Josh Quinter, Senior Construction Counsel at Offit Kurman, Interviewed for Article in Metal Construction News
Senior Construction Counsel at Offit Kurman, Josh Quinter, was recently interviewed for an extensive piece in the nationally recognized publication Metal Construction News on the impact of legalization of marijuana in the construction industry. The article, which is currently scheduled to be printed in the January edition of the magazine, will include comments from various key players in the metal construction industry.
Mr. Quinter was interviewed as a result of a program he held at the 2018 Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association in San Antonio, Texas. In that presentation, he offered analysis on how the law in this area is evolving and the impact of legalization on both the construction industry at large and, specifically, the metal building industry. The author of the article, Mark Robbins, was in attendance and followed up as part of his effort to cover this issue for Metal Construction News.
Mr. Quinter is also general counsel to the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association and the Metal Buildings Institute. Both are seen as thought leaders in the metal construction industry.
