Tom Kramer is a registered patent attorney and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice. He focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, patent and trademark litigation, copyright, licensing, prosecution, inter partes review and patent post-grants.
Before joining private practice, Mr. Kramer served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Leonard P. Stark, where he assisted with the drafting of opinions and memorandum orders for civil litigation matters, including pharmaceutical patent disputes and Markman proceedings. He also served as a special assistant to The Honorable Donald F. Parsons in the mediation of a Hatch-Waxman case pending appeal to the CAFC.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Kramer was a pharmacologist specializing in neuropharmacology, anesthesiology, and pain management and a member of the faculty of the Department of Anesthesia at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a registered pharmacist.
