Mr. Medlin boasts an impressive career of legal experience, particularly in his areas of specialty which include estate planning, commercial real estate, corporate and municipal law, litigation, corporate acquisitions and ownership planning, estate & trust planning and administration, commercial, industrial, and residential real estate transactions. Mr. Medlin also has extensive experience with warehousing properties, multifamily properties, and property acquisitions for mega-site development.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University School of Law, Mr. Medlin was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1985. During his early career, he practiced general law including criminal, family, personal injury, and bankruptcy. In 2002, he changed his focus to civil litigation, estate and trust planning, and commercial real estate transactions.
