Roslyn Soudry is a principal attorney in Offit Kurman’s Family Law Practice Group. Roslyn has been practicing for over 47 years and is devoted to providing superior representation and attention to client matters. Her practice focuses on dissolution of marriage, spousal and child support matters-marital agreements, post-marital agreements and paternity matters. Roslyn works with high-net-worth individuals, wealthy business owners, sports and entertainment clients, television producers, attorneys, physicians, investment advisors and owners of substantial real estate.
Roslyn received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Baltimore in 1975. She was first admitted to practice in 1976 in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia in 1980. In 1986, she was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Then, in 1990, she was admitted to practice in the State of California.
Roslyn is a highly engaged legal professional, holding memberships in multiple state bars including California, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She has held pivotal roles in various bar associations and legal organizations. Roslyn is the Founder of the Southern California Family Law Inn of Court. She served as the President of this Inn for over five (5) years and has been a member of the Executive Committee of this Inn every year since its founding. For the last five (5) years, including this year, she has acted as Co-Chair for the Southern California Family Law Inn of Court.
For numerous years, including this year, she was and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, a member of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and for three (3) years, she was the chairperson of the annual Los Angeles County Bar Family Law Installation Dinner Dance. She is co-Chair of the Legislative Committee and was appointed as a member of the special sub-committee Task Force regarding Child Custody Evaluations. She is a member of the State and Local Bar Association Liaison Sub-Committee and a member of the MCLE Sub-Committee. She was a presenter and panel chair of the Family Law Advocacy Training Program of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Roslyn also speaks French fluently.
