Richard Dunne counsels business owners and individual policyholders on a wide variety of insurance coverage and risk management issues, including first-party property damage, commercial liability matters, directors and officers liability issues, and losses related to employee theft. He has analyzed coverage under a wide variety of primary and excess policies.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Dunne worked as a claims analyst, which positioned him to help policyholders navigate the insurance industry —from policy selection to claim preparation, to dispute resolution, and, if needed, through litigation.
Mr. Dunne received his J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he served as a Lead Editor of the Drexel Law Review.
