Richard Dunne has experience analyzing coverage under a wide variety of primary and excess policies. He counsels businesses, business owners and individual policyholders on many insurance coverage and risk management issues, including first-party losses, product contamination/liability events, commercial liability matters, directors and officers liability issues, professional indemnity and losses related to theft.
Before becoming an attorney, Richard worked as a claims analyst, which positions him to help policyholders navigate the insurance industry—from policy selection, to claim preparation, to dispute resolution and, if needed, through litigation.
Richard received his J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he served as a Lead Editor of the Drexel Law Review and received a full merit-based scholarship.
