Rebeka Bautista is a member of Offit Kurman’s Family Law Practice Group. She focuses her practice on the litigation and settlement of divorce, child custody and visitation, mediation, spousal and child support, property division, negotiating and drafting of separation agreements, guardianship proceedings and adoptions.
Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Ms. Bautista worked with Spanish-speaking clients on a variety of cases including, immigration, custody, and guardianships as an associate in private practice. That work included assisting domestic violence victims gain asylum for themselves and their children.
