Peter Sayer, a skilled and seasoned real estate attorney who has worked in the public and private sector, has extensive experience in commercial litigation, construction, distressed real estate, zoning and land use and transactional matters. He assists property owners, developers, contractors, engineers, architects and other real estate professionals in resolving real property and land use disputes from inception to conclusion including alternate dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation). He regularly reviews and prepares contracts between owners and architects, owners and engineers and owners and contractors with a focus on insurance coverage, indemnity, defense obligations, intellectual property rights and limitations on liability.
