PRACTICE FOCUS
Niall McMillan is a member of Offit Kurman's Commercial Litigation practice group. Niall’s primary focuses are on litigation, business and real estate controversies. He is practical and solution-oriented, gathering and putting pieces together to get the best possible results. He recognizes that no two clients are the same and his experience allows him to identify which key issues may impact a client’s outcome. Niall emphasizes effective communication and staying thoroughly informed while working with clients.
Niall represents a diverse group of clients, from publicly traded companies to individuals, across a broad spectrum of complex litigation practices, with a focus on business disputes, property disputes, estate litigation and fiduciary litigation.
Niall advises and represents local and national businesses on various business matters, including buyers and sellers in stock and asset acquisitions, business formation and governance, nonprofit formation and governance and various regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Niall crafted his skills as a Litigation and Business Law Associate at a firm in Bethesda, and as a mediator and client advocate with the American University, Washington College of Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society and ABA Mediation Competition Team.
