Michael K. DeSantis serves as counsel in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. A seasoned litigator and trial attorney, Mike spent over a decade working as litigation counsel for a large insurance corporation in Delaware. He has extensive experience handling both jury and bench trials, as well as all forms of alternative dispute resolution. He is also a skilled legal researcher and writer with significant experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Mike lives in Hockessin, Delaware with his wife and two young sons, and in what little spare time he has, he enjoys working as a volunteer problem captain with Delaware Odyssey of the Mind.
