Meghan McCulloch represents clients throughout the state of Maryland, focusing on creating and developing estate plans, administering probate estates and trusts, guardianships, special needs planning, and elder law. Ms. McCulloch works with her clients to create and tailor customized estate plans to meet their individual goals and objectives. Through her work, Ms. McCulloch has experience navigating complex family dynamics in both the context of planning and in probate and trust administration and is regarded by her clients as a trusted and compassionate advisor. Her experience in administering estates and trusts allows her to effectively advocate for her clients both in representing fiduciaries as well as beneficiaries. Ms. McCulloch is admitted to practice in the state of Maryland and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and the Maryland Court of Appeals.
