First chaired five day AAA commercial arbitration, securing a money judgment in the client's favor of over $400,000.00. Second-chaired an 8 day whistleblower and retaliation federal jury trial securing a complete defense victory. Second-chaired a 10-day age-discrimination trial where securing a complete defense victory. Has sought and obtained several temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions on behalf of a businesses seeking to enforce a restrictive covenants against former employees. Achieved summary judgment in favor of owner of multi-million-dollar business against individual who claimed 50% partnership interest. Secured temporary restraining order freezing assets in a brokerage account which were subject of an estate dispute. Later won summary judgment directing the turnover of those disputed assets to our client. Obtained complete dismissal of a sprawling invasion of privacy case without even engaging in motion practice after serving the plaintiff with a frivolous litigation letter.
