Jonathan Wright is an attorney in the firm’s Business Law & Transactions practice group. Mr. Wright maintains a broad corporate and transactional practice, with specific expertise in corporate governance, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and securities offerings. He has represented clients of all sizes in corporate transactions and business law matters, ranging from the formation of new companies to sophisticated closely held companies to large publicly traded companies. Mr. Wright has represented clients in highly regulated industries such as the healthcare, technology and financial sectors. He has also worked with buyers, sellers and investors across a wide range of industries ranging from local and regional companies to cross-border transactions. Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Wright worked at other regional and international law firms with offices in North Carolina, as well as in business positions prior to becoming a lawyer. Mr. Wright is a graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was on Wake Forest Law Review and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
