REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS
- Successfully represented a beneficiary under a Last Will and Testament against the children of the decedent who claimed that the decedent lacked capacity and was the victim of undue influence when the Will was created, securing a mid-six figure bequest for the client.
- Successfully represented a trustee of an irrevocable trust against two of the six children of a decedent, who alleged the trustee mismanaged millions of dollars of trust assets and, therefore, should be removed and held personally liable for loss caused to the trust.
