PRACTICE FOCUS
John C. Monica, Jr. is a principal attorney in Offit Kurman’s Civil Litigation practice group. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts across the Mid-Atlantic and nationally. Mr. Monica has extensive MDL and class-action experience, as well as significant federal appellate experience. He also has a nationally recognized expertise in nanotechnology and antitrust matters. Mr. Monica has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has presented nationally and internationally as an invited speaker.
