Jisoo (Jay) Kim is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. He focuses his practice on matters involving contract disputes, commercial leasing, and landlord-tenant representation.
Jay also has extensive experience in handling personal injury matters, including auto accidents and slip & fall. Prior to joining the firm, Jay served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Irma S. Raker (ret.), for the Court of Appeals of Maryland, and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Karla N. Smith, for the Circuit Court for Montgomery County of Maryland, through which he gained critical insight into the deliberative process of a judge’s chambers on both trial and appellate levels.
