Gregory DuMont is an attorney in the firm’s Landlord Representation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on litigating real estate development issues, tenant opportunity to purchase act and residential conversion claims.

Gregory is an experienced trial attorney and represents individuals and businesses involved in complex litigation involving construction disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and real estate development. In addition, he also handles clients’ collections efforts and creditor-side representation in the surrounding bankruptcy courts.
