Dusko Stojkov is a Principal attorney in Offit Kurman’s Business Law and Transactions practice group. His practice focuses on corporate and business tax planning for small and mid-size businesses. Dusko also has significant experience with tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and cross-border.
Dusko counsels corporate clients on a broad range of business and tax-related matters, including choice of entity planning, structuring complex tax allocation and distribution provisions in partnership and LLC agreements, tax-efficient structuring of acquisitions and divestitures, advising on U.S. withholding and tax filing requirements, tax planning for U.S. multinationals and ensuring compliance with FIRPTA, tax planning for investment tax credits and energy property credits. In addition, Dusko regularly advises non-profit organizations on compliance and governance matters.
Dusko has represented clients in M&A transactions across a wide range of industries, including government contracting, information technology, educational services and clean energy.
