Devon W. MacGillivray is an attorney in the firm’s Family Law Group. She focuses her practice exclusively on family matters, representing clients in matters pertaining to divorce, child support, custody, parenting time, equitable distribution and spousal support. A compassionate and capable counselor, Ms. MacGillivray works closely with clients throughout the divorce process and post-judgment matters.
Before entering private practice, Ms. MacGillivray served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable Nesle A. Rodriguez, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson Vicinage, Family Division. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Hudson County Bar Association and the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court.
