With over 25 years of experience, David has built a diverse practice encompassing business law, business litigation, and family law. While David is an accomplished litigator who takes pride in mastering the skills of trial advocacy, he also strives to help his clients find out-of-court solutions to their disputes and legal issues whenever appropriate.
David handles a wide variety of business law matters, including litigation and transactional matters. Drawing on both his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen, David has handled diverse business cases over the years and enjoys helping clients solve their unique challenges and legal issues. On the litigation side, David represents businesses and individuals in contract disputes, business and commercial litigation, business collections, corporate litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, and employment law. On the transactional side, David represents clients in a variety of practice areas, including the buying and selling of businesses, real estate contracts, formation of business associations, partnership agreements, operating agreements, consulting agreements, employment agreements, and licensing.
David also has a full service family law practice that covers the full gamut of family law matters: divorce, equitable distribution and asset division, child custody and visitation, spousal support, child support, and premarital agreements. David takes pride in guiding his clients through the challenging and often highly complex family law issues they confront.
David has received an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell® (Judicial Edition), which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards reflecting the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and Judiciary.
David attended Bucknell University, where he majored in Philosophy and was inducted to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. David was also a member of Bucknell's wrestling team. After graduating Bucknell, David attended The American University, Washington College of Law.
