Daniel I. Kaminetsky handles a wide range of legal matters – from corporate transactions to all aspects of complex civil and matrimonial litigation. He has served as trial counsel in highly contested cases and advised not-for-profit corporations on employment, governance and compliance issues. Mr. Kaminetsky has also represented senior members of the clergy and high-level school administrators in the negotiation of employment and separation agreements.
Mr. Kaminetsky is active in his community, serving on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and as President of Congregation Beth Abraham in Bergenfield, New Jersey and on fundraising committees for Yeshivat Noam and Maayanot High School for Girls.
