Christopher F. Brislin is a principal attorney in Offit Kurman’s Real Estate group. He focuses his practice on counseling clients on the acquisition and development of real property. He has experience with the development of apartment complexes and multi-family rental projects and extensive knowledge of the acquisition of triple net properties, having closed multi-million-dollar purchases in over twenty states with a price range of $1,500,000 to $20,000,000. Many of these acquisitions have included the use of 1031 Deferred Exchanges by his clients. He recently assisted clients in the acquisition and development of real property for single-family and multi-family use, including the negotiation of purchase agreements and development loans totaling up to $30,000,000. He represents lenders in loan drafting and negotiation of loan terms with borrowers for construction loan of build to suit projects and the acquisition of triple net assets.
Christopher is proficient in the drafting and the negotiation of commercial leases for both landlords and tenants through his triple net acquisition work and his representation of a large regional dental practice. He also assists clients with the acquisition and sale of small businesses, including the negotiation and application of SBA loans for his clients.
