Christopher Coggins is a Principal attorney in the firm's Commercial Litigation practice, with a concentration on disputes between corporate shareholders, LLC members and business owners in the Delaware Court of Chancery. He has substantial experience addressing and briefing the complex legal issues raised in Chancery litigation, which often involve expedited claims for injunctive and similar equitable relief. These issues include business disputes, statutory claims under Delaware’s General Corporation Law and fiduciary litigation involving trusts and estates. He manages discovery and conducts key witness depositions in business contract rescission cases and questions witnesses in Delaware Court of Chancery dissolution trials.
