Amanda E. Rasheed is an attorney in Offit Kurman’s Family Law practice group. Ms. Rasheed regularly represents clients in a variety of family matters, including child and spousal support, divorce, alimony, equitable distribution and custody. Additionally, she handles pre-marital agreements, post-judgment, pendente lite support, college expenses, third-party actions, orders to show cause and enforcement matters.
Ms. Rasheed empowers her clients to make informed decisions based upon practical risk-benefit analysis and by educating them on the application of the law to their individual circumstances. When possible, she communicates with opposing counsel to facilitate an amicable resolution of issues.
Ms. Rasheed is admitted to practice before the courts in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. She is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court. She is also an Early Settlement Panelist in Bergen County.
Previously, Ms. Rasheed served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Mark T. Janeczko, J.S.C. in Bergen County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part.
