PRACTICE FOCUS
Alyssa Davis is Counsel in the firm's Construction Law and general Commercial Litigation practice groups. Alyssa previously handled litigation for the firm’s toxic torts and asbestos group. Before joining Offit Kurman, she was a senior trial attorney for Allstate Insurance.
At the start of her legal career, Alyssa held internship positions at the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Coast Guard. She served as a law clerk for the Homeland Security Investigations Law Division at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and a Judicial Fellow for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania before transitioning to private practice, where she handled insurance defense and workers' compensation matters.
