Horack Talley Joins Offit Kurman
Horack Talley, one of the oldest and most respected law firms in North Carolina, joined forces with Mid-Atlantic based Offit Kurman on September 1st.

“It’s an end of an era and a new beginning,” said Horack Talley Managing Partner Clayton “Smithy” Curry Jr. of the affiliation with Offit Kurman.

Fifty-one employees of Horack Talley, including 27 lawyers, have become the Charlotte office of Offit Kurman through the affiliation. The team will remain in their current office location at 2600 One Wells Fargo Center, 301 South College Street.
Horack Talley’s move to become part of Offit Kurman will mean an even bigger role for the Horack Talley lawyers moving to Offit Kurman in the Charlotte business community. Offit Kurman plans to add more attorneys, paralegals and staff, including business operations and management roles to its Charlotte based operation.
