Rob Weinhold

Fallston Group, Chief Executive & Crisis Leadership Expert

After decades of private & public sector leadership service, Rob Weinhold continued his career mission of helping chief executives during life's most critical times by launching the Fallston Group in 2009. His expert team operates at the critical intersection of leadership, strategy, and communications.

Rob received his master's degree from The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and bachelor's degree from the University of Baltimore, both marketing disciplined. His book, The Art of Crisis Leadership (2016), quickly rose to Amazon's #1 release in both the Public Relations and Crisis Management categories while cracking the "Top 100" in the prestigious Leadership category. Rob enjoys mentoring young people, nonprofit work, and serving on The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Board. He's an avid outdoorsman who enjoys boating, fishing, hiking, and climbing, as evidenced by his recent summiting of The Grand Teton in August 2023.
