In the November 23, 2021 edition of Law360, Laura Winston, a Principal in Offit Kurman’s Intellectual Property group, published the article entitled What Return of Fraud on USPTO Means for TM Practitioners.

This article discusses a recent decision by the Trademark and Trial Appeal Board (TTAB) to cancel a trademark registration for fraud. The TTAB found the attorney who signed the declaration to have acted in reckless disregard.
