Offit Kurman Attorney Represents the City of Fairfax Economic Development Authority in New Deal

Offit Kurman attorneys James Landon was instrumental in representing the City of Fairfax Economic Development Authority to negotiate a new memorandum of agreement and lease for the continued operation of the Mason Enterprise Center at its new location in Fairfax’s Northfax district.  The Mason Enterprise Center has been a successful small business incubator in the city and its new location will enable the EDA, along with its partners George Mason University and the City of Fairfax, to provide state-of-the-art facilities to the Center’s small businesses. Mr. Landon represented the EDA in the lease negotiation process.

Mr. Landon is a Principal attorney in Offit Kurman’s Real Estate and Transactions practice group.
