Practice Focus
Ms. Zonarich is an Associate in the firm’s Estates and Trusts Department, practicing with a concentration on Elder Law. Ms. Zonarich counsels clients seeking to protect assets from nursing home care costs and works with each client to develop and implement an individualized elder care plan. Ms. Zonarich provides guidance throughout the Medical Assistance application process and prepares various estate planning documents such as special needs trusts, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives. Ms. Zonarich also prepares guardianship petitions to assist clients in need of obtaining financial and medical decision making authority of a disabled family member.
