Practice Focus
Ms. O'Donnell focuses her practice on many diverse areas of civil litigation, including commercial litigation, real estate, zoning, CGL defense, insurance coverage and defense of governmental entities. Ms. O'Donnell has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience as well as appellate advocacy in the federal and state courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She regularly appears before the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment and other boards concerning matters of telecommunications zoning and land use.

Points of Distinction
Ms. O'Donnell has a distinguished trial and appellate record in her representation of corporations, universities, governmental entities and insurance carriers. She has also had extensive experience in cases involving premises liability, dram shop and domestic relations matters. Ms. O'Donnell has successfully represented telecommunications and advertising corporations before the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Board of Building Standards and the court of common pleas. Additionally, Ms. O'Donnell is an Adjunct Law Professor at the Community College of Philadelphia where she teaches advanced Civil Litigation and Family Law.

Activities
Ms. O'Donnell is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association. She also takes an active role in community and charitable causes. In addition, Ms. O'Donnell is a fitness instructor, certified by AFAA and AAAI, and instructs a numerous variety of group fitness classes.

Publications/Speeches
Ms. O'Donnell is also the Course Development designer and author for courses in Civil Litigation and Family Law. She also has presented seminars regarding Insurance Bad Faith and coverage.
