Ms. Just is a founding member of the Collaborative Divorce Association in Montgomery County, Maryland, as well as the Maryland Collaborative Practice Council. She is also a volunteer family law mentor for the District of Columbia Law Firm Pro Bono program.

Activities
Ms. Just is a member of many associations and organizations including the Legislation Committee and Family Law Section of the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, the DC Metro Area Collaborative Protocols Committee, the DC Academy of Collaborative Professionals, DC Superior Court Domestic Relations and Paternity and Support Subcommittee of the Family Court Legislation Implementation Committee. She is also a Barrister member of the Montgomery Inns of Court and a Member of the Board of Directors, Chair Protocols Committee of the Collaborative Divorce Association. Ms. Just is a Court Appointed Family Law Mediator for the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland, and she is a Family Law Mentor for the DC Bar Law Firm Pro Bono Program.

Publications/Speeches
Ms. Just is the author of “Divorce Decisions: Practical Ways to Protect Yourself, Your Children and Your Wallet,” published in August 2009 by Capital Books.

Ms. Just has spoken on various continuing legal education panels on issues relating to family law such as tracing of marital and non-marital property, the Fifth Amendment Privilege, drafting of separation agreements and the Child Support Guidelines.
