Practice Focus
Mr. Elias is a member of Offit Kurman’s landlord/tenant department who is fluent in matters involving the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act. Mr. Elias ensures each of his clients that any representation with respect to residential and commercial landlord tenant disputes will be performed in an efficient and cost effective manner. In addition, Mr. Elias’s experience as counsel in insurance defense matters as well as the procedures regarding insurance disputes/claims allows him to effectively represent clients to obtain favorable results.
