Points of Distinction
Mr. Cutler has served as National Coordinating Counsel for Camall Company in the Fen-Phen litigation, with direct involvement in the Multi-District Litigation set up to handle mass torts in the Federal Courts as well as representing Camall directly in Pennsylvania and New Jersey Court and through local counsel in all other jurisdictions in the United States. In addition, Mr. Cutler has served as National Coordinating Counsel for several companies involved in the latex glove MDL and State litigation and as National Coordinating Counsel for defendants in the Thorotrast litigation.
